Captain (Cpt.) Phillip McClymont was a recipient of the Supervisor/Manager of the Year Award at the recent NDCS Annual Awards. Cpt. McClymont is an excellent mentor to his teammates. He’s always upbeat and does whatever it takes to get his duties completed. Cpt. McClymont oversees several key areas of the Omaha Correctional Center (OCC) and ensures that team members have all the tools needed to accomplish their assignments. Cpt. McClymont is an excellent representative of OCC and the department.
