Caitlyn McIlvain, administrative assistant at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW), was selected as a recipient of the 2021 Team Member of the Year Award. McIlvain is a self-motivated professional who always displays a positive attitude. Team members note that she goes above and beyond to build positive relationships through her compassion and desire to assist others.

McIlvain has taken a leadership role for the NCCW Employee Activity Committee, where she is brainstorming ways to appreciate all of the team members at NCCW. She takes initiative and is a huge asset to the success of NCCW, which makes her a great representation for the department.
