Holiday Food Gift packages will be offered through both Hickory Farms and Keefe/Access Securepak for the 2025 Holiday Season. Holiday Food Gift packages may be ordered by family members, friends, or by incarcerated individuals for their own use; an incarcerated individual cannot order for another incarcerated individual.

THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS WILL APPLY TO ALL ORDERS:
• All order forms submitted by family or friends for Hickory Farms must be accompanied by a MONEY ORDER payable to “NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONAL SERVICES”. Cash or checks will not be accepted and will be returned to sender with the order form.
• Keefe/Access Securepak family/friends may place orders online or via phone:

o Toll-free phone: 1-800-546-6283
o Orders not placed online/phone must be sent to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services Central Office Accounting.
• All order forms, money orders and incarcerated individuals’ institutional checks must be received at Central Office Accounting by November 7, 2025. Orders received after this date will be returned to the sender.
• Incarcerated individuals placing an order for their own use must complete the order form as described and submit it to Central Office Accounting with an accompanying institutional check payable to “Nebraska Department of Correctional Services”. All insufficient funds institutional checks will be returned to the incarcerated individual placing the order.
• Each incarcerated individual is allowed to purchase products from two (2) vendors: Hickory Farms and Keefe/Access Securpak. Each vendor maximum is $80.00 per incarcerated individual. For Hickory Farms, only one (1) order per incarcerated individual can be submitted (including family and friends). For Keefe/Access Securepak, multiple orders can be placed and combined into one (1) package not to exceed the $80.00 limit. The limit is shared between family/friends’ orders and incarcerated individual placed orders.
An order is subject to rejection if any of the following events occur:
o The combined total of orders from family and friends and/or the incarcerated individual exceeds $160.00
o More than $80 is spent on a single vendor
o More than one (1) order for Hickory Farms is placed
If any of the events above occur, the last order received will be returned.
