Family and Friends Ordering Information:
All order forms submitted by family or friends must be sent directly to Keefe/Access Securepak. Mail orders must be postmarked by October 26, 2026. Online or phone orders must be submitted by November 6, 2026. Orders received after these deadlines will be returned to the sender.

Acceptable Forms of Payment:
- Keefe/Access Securepak Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover)

Personal checks will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Credit/debit and prepaid cards will be charged on the day the order is placed. Refunds or credits will be applied to the same card used for payment.
