The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) will be accepting applications beginning July 10, 2026, for Vocational and Life Skills (VLS) programs to provide key services that bridge the transition from incarceration to community reentry. Funding is provided by a one-time grant allocation of $365,000 and will begin September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Applications are due by 5pm on July 31, 2026.
