The Opportunities for Change programs catalog has been shared with the incarcerated population on their tablets today, including a video which you can also watch.
This is a great resource for friends and family to check out and discuss with their loved ones. There’s an opportunity here for everyone!
What makes this catalog especially meaningful is that it’s built around the 5-Key Model for Reentry and Well-Being Development™. Each program or service is clearly connected to one or more of the Five Keys, with a color-coded reference that shows how it contributes to rehabilitation. #SecondChanceMonth
