TSCI: Spring Highway Clean-Up

Teammates from the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI) rolled up their sleeves to do some spring cleaning for Adopt-A-Highway. Totes, road closed markers, and even tire chains were removed along with other litter and debris. Thank you to everyone who helped make the roads around Tecumseh cleaner and safer!
