Teammate Tuesday

A caring mentor can make all the difference, and Corporal (Cpl.) Ashley Bauer serves this role for many new teammates at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW). A  field training officer for staff beginning their NDCS careers, Cpl. Bauer is attentive to questions and proactive about sharing her corrections knowledge and experience. At NCCW, she is currently assigned to Central Laundry, which is an integral part of the facility’s operations. Thank you, Cpl. Bauer, for the work you do to make a difference! #TeammateTuesday
