The Omaha Region of Community Supervision Services would like to spotlight our longest serving parole officer, Heather Schultze. Heather has been a parole officer in the Omaha regional area for five years and has been with the State of Nebraska for eight years. She recently completed leadership training through NDCS and serves as a backup for all things related to Interstate Compact Offender Tracking System (ICOTS) for Nebraska parole.
Heather’s previous experience as a case manager with the Department of Health and Human Services has assisted her with supporting resilience and finding solutions with her clients. Heather is knowledgeable about Community Supervision Services protocols and practices and has transferred this knowledge to our team members.
Heather partners with reentry specialist for job shadowing opportunities, reentry fairs and is a parole officer many reentry staff reach out to for questions. Heather’s hard work and commitment to seeing her clients succeed is greatly appreciated!
