RTC: RISE Graduation

Congratulations to the 10th RISE cohort at the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC), who pitched their business ideas before celebrating their graduation! Fourteen more graduates worked to transform their lives on both the inside and outside. Thank you to everyone who helped these men along the way!
