RTC Recognition Ceremony

Congratulations to the recent program graduates at the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC)! A Recognition Ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of programs including WRAP, Nurturing Fathers, Destination Dads and many 5 Keys courses—and mark milestones in the graduates’ rehabilitation journey.
