Physical Plant: New Facility Site Visit July 2026

Construction at our new Lincoln facility is moving full speed ahead, with major progress across the site. Thanks to strong coordination among our contractor, subcontractors, and dedicated team members, we remain on track for a 2028 completion.

The multi‑custody facility includes modern design elements like natural light and improved acoustics to support rehabilitation and wellbeing for staff and the population.

A well‑designed physical plant isn’t just a building—it’s a foundation for safer operations, better programming opportunities, and long‑term success for the people we serve.
