Our Crisis Negotiation Team

Our Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) recently participated in a CliftonStrengths session—an opportunity to better understand each other’s unique abilities and build an even stronger foundation for teamwork. As one of the NDCS special teams, CNT members are trained to respond with calm, skill and precision. Sessions like this help ensure they’re just as strong together as they are individually.
