OCC Full-Scale Exercise

There are many ways to #KeepPeopleSafe in a corrections environment, including being prepared for any challenge. The Omaha Complex Incident Management Team (IMT), in conjunction with the Omaha Fire Department and Monarch Oil representatives, held a successful full-scale exercise, responding to a simulated significant hazardous material spill and resulting fire. Led by Emergency Preparedness Specialist Shelby Hayes, the exercise involved all three Omaha facilities. The team came together and did an excellent job of collaborating and working through the incident.
