Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §47-1115 – 1116, the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) has developed minimum standards for reentry housing providers in Nebraska. The standards are currently in DRAFT form. NDCS is interested in feedback from housing providers, reentrants, other providers and the general public. If you have feedback, you may note it below.
