Congratulations to the five recent graduates of Persevere at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW)! Persevere is a one-year, full stack development coding certification program, with training that offers individuals the ability to use coding and other technology skills to gain employment upon release. A national non-profit organization, Persevere also provides job placement services, instruction in soft skills for the work environment, life skills education, mentoring support, entrepreneurial training, and training opportunities to the children of incarcerated individuals.
We’re excited to see this program grow in Nebraska. Five women at the Community Corrections Center - Lincoln will graduate later this week!
