NCCW: Non-Clinical Facilitators Luncheon

Today we celebrated our dedicated team members who facilitate non-clinical programs at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW). The group gathered for an appreciation luncheon with facility and agency leadership.

One in three incarcerated individuals at NCCW is participating in a 5-Key program. This group of facilitators know what these programs can do to reshape mindsets and change life trajectories. They work together and alongside peer facilitators to give individuals a safe, unbiased and proactive environment to learn and grow.
