Missing inmate arrested

August 15, 2025 (Omaha, Neb.) – An inmate who went missing from the Community Corrections Center – Omaha (CCC-O) has been arrested by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Dustin Debusk #215668 was taken into custody on August 13, 2025, and booked into the Douglas County Correctional Center.

Debusk went missing on June 8, 2025, when he did not return to CCC-O from a religious furlough. He started his sentence on October 18, 2022. Debusk was sentenced to zero to nine years out of Douglas County for theft and operation of a motor vehicle to avoid arrest.

CCC-O is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
