Education teammates gathered last month to enjoy a day of team bonding, communication training and a pause to look back on another successful year. The group welcomed new members to the team in 2022 and recognized multiple teachers with 15+ years of service!

The team is spread out throughout the state – serving incarcerated individuals at all nine NDCS facilities – and values the chance to come together for staff bonding and training. These teachers and staff members help students earn GEDs, diplomas, certificates and practice valuable life and career skills to secure employment upon release.
