May 4, 2025 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Authorities have been notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L). Tomica Anderson #393586 did not return this afternoon from a religious furlough.
Anderson started her sentence on November 14, 2024. She was sentenced to five to six years for burglary out of Douglas County. She has a parole eligibility date of March 29, 2025, and a tentative release date of March 29, 2027.
Anderson is a 31-year-old Black female, 5’ 2”, 140 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.
CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
