This month, incarcerated individuals and NDCS leaders took part in the Global Leadership Summit. All nine NDCS facilities were simulcast sites for the event, and participants had some amazing things to say about their experience. It was two impactful days of encouragement and wisdom, hearing from leadership experts focused on equipping others to be change agents in today’s world. #LeadershipMatters
