From garden to table, the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI) kitchen is busy transforming their incredible harvest into freshly baked goods. These past weeks alone added up to a total of 159 lbs. of food.

What a great way to provide nutritious food and a valuable experience to our population!
