CSI: First United Methodist Church

The talented workers of Cornhusker State Industries’ (CSI) shops recently completed another fantastic collection of furniture. First United Methodist Church received a loveseat and lounge chairs built and upholstered by the shops at the Omaha Correctional Center (OCC); end tables, coffee table, dinette tables, and a 4-leg table from the wood shop at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI); and upholstered Navigator chairs from the chair shop at the Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP).

As the 100% self-supporting industries program of NDCS, CSI equips incarcerated men and women with real-world job skills, helping prepare them for successful reentry into our communities. #TRANSFORMNebraska #JobSkills
