CLA Midwest Directors Conference

NDCS was proud to host the Correctional Leaders Association’s Midwest Directors conference right here in Nebraska! With the theme “Transforming Corrections,” the event brought together directors and senior leaders from across the region for powerful conversations, shared strategies, and forward-thinking ideas.

We heard from visionary voices in the field, explored innovative approaches to rehabilitation and reentry, and strengthened partnerships that will shape the future of corrections.
