The practice of awarding challenge coins has a long history among corrections professionals as a way of showing appreciation for exemplary service and commitment. This team at the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln (CCC-L) took the lead in designing a challenge coin that would represent the CCC-L mission of creating neighbors by change.
