Building New Futures in Manufacturing: LMC

We're thrilled to celebrate the group of individuals who recently earned Certificates of Completion in the Lincoln Manufacturing Council's (LMC) 2025 Manufacturing Basics class.

Four weeks of 3 sessions a week taught participants about the various aspects of the manufacturing sector, including the types of jobs available, the skills needed for those jobs, safety information, and information about member companies of the LMC. This class is an example of developing meaningful work trajectories, a core component of the 5-Key Model for Reentry and Well-being Development™.
