Mike Biszak, Jed Limoges and Mark Stafford and are three lieutenants who have shown and continue to show what it takes to be a team and step up when there is a need, regardless of the task. For this reason, they are the recipients of this year’s One Team/One Vision Award at the NDCS annual awards ceremony.

This team, without being asked, took on the work of the maintenance department at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF). They would stay late, answer maintenance calls, and find solutions to any maintenance issues that arose — on top of managing their shift and the safety and security of the facility. Not only did they keep the facility operating efficiently, but they have also shown great assistance and team work to the newly hired maintenance supervisor.  #NDCSAnnualAwards
