Unit Case Manager Natalie Watson is a true team player and an excellent ambassador for the agency. She was the recipient of this year’s Customer Focused Award at the NDCS annual awards ceremony. 

 In addition to taking on the responsibilities of shift supervisor, she has numerous collateral duties, including pass clerk at the Community Corrections Center – Omaha. She maintains a very professional manner in representing the facility and the agency. A member of the facility’s Employee Activity Committee (EAC) and the Employee Positive Impact Council (EPIC), Natalie contributes her time and effort to support her team and encourage their development.
