2028 Facility Site: Physical Plant

The spaces we build shape the work we’re able to do.

Scheduled to open in 2028, the new multi‑custody facility replacing the Nebraska State Penitentiary is being designed with rehabilitation in mind—from programming areas inside housing units to vocational spaces throughout the facility.
