Every year, the Work Ethic Camp (WEC) is proud to partner with Bison Days, an annual two-day event in McCook where organizations and community members share skills, hobbies and interests with community youth. 

High school students who chose to visit WEC were able to tour the facility and learn about its mission, operations and opportunities available. Several incarcerated individuals volunteered to share with the students about the skills they have developed to have a successful reentry to their communities. #TRANSFORMNebraska
