At NDCS, we're always looking for ways to recognize our top talent. Please congratulate Sergeant (Sgt.) James Stuart for being selected as the Supervisor of the Quarter at the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC). 

Since joining NDCS in 2018 as a corporal, Sgt. Stuart has proven to be an effective leader who is willing to help new teammates become comfortable in their roles. He was selected for this award because of his work ethic, experience and daily job performance. Sgt. Stuart is also a valued member of the Corrections Emergency Response Team (CERT) and an excellent example of an engaged leader.
