Shout out to two outstanding teammates at the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln (CCC-L)! 

Lieutenant (Lt.) Zachary Mentzer was recently commended for his excellent skills in communicating with the CCC-L population. He takes the time to intentionally listen, allows others to express concerns and comes to a respectful resolution. 

Sergeant (Sgt.) Michael Rumbaugh was named the CCC-L Team Member of the Week for his willingness to go above and beyond to help the team. Teammates describe him as positive and professional at all times, and he is well respected throughout the facility. 

Lt. Mentzer and Sgt. Rumbaugh are both excellent examples of teammates and leaders who play a critical role in the successful transition of individuals to the community. Thank you for your dedication to the agency!
