“Give us a hand for we made it through a spectacular year!”

These were the words chosen for the graduation banner of this Prison Fellowship Academy (PFA) cohort, who celebrated the completion of the yearlong program at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW). PFA is an intensive, faith-based program that leads incarcerated men and women through a holistic life transformation process. Participants are guided by PFA staff and volunteers to lead lives of purpose and productivity during their incarceration and once they are back in the community.

The graduation ceremony was filled with past PFA graduates supporting these women, as well as new participants who start the yearlong program this month. Each class brings a positive difference in the community and culture at NCCW.
