This past week, the fifth group of men at the Omaha Correctional Center completed the Mental Health Association’s Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP). In this peer facilitated wellness group, individuals create a plan that is self-directed and empowers them to find and maintain wellness in everyday life as well as manage crises in their life.
