Growth happens when we step out of our comfort zone to learn something new. This cohort at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW) is doing just that by attending the 12-month Persevere program. This program teaches individuals computer and app coding, equipping them with valuable skills for reentering the workforce in a rapidly growing career field.
