This spring the 25th Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) Basic Academy was held. It was an intense journey of classroom sessions, case studies, skill honing, and immersive role-play scenarios. We are grateful to have our NDCS crew alongside dedicated participants from Beatrice Police Department, Douglas County Corrections, Nebraska State Patrol, and Omaha Police Department.
