At NDCS, developing our people is a key part of our Strategic Plan. This week, leaders from NDCS facilities across the state spent time together at a two-day retreat in Lincoln, completing two Maxwell Leadership workshops: The 5 Levels of Leadership and the 360 Degree Leader. 

Together, they learned to:

  • Establish a leadership language the entire organization can speak and understand
  • Create a relational and influence-driven culture
  • Develop a framework for consistently building leaders 
  • Understand the value of increasing one’s influence at every level of the organization.
