At NDCS, incarcerated individuals can gain meaningful work experience by helping prepare meals in the facilities. All those who work in the kitchen complete ServSafe training. 

This program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of food service industry experts on the best practices in food service.  Once completed, the person receives a nationally recognized certificate that can be used for employment in the restaurant industry. #MeaningfulWork #FoodSafety
