After 47 years with NDCS, Ken Sturdy is off on a new adventure: retirement. As the training and development manager for the Staff Training Academy (STA), Ken has helped onboard more than 12,000 team members during his career! 

Ken exemplifies what it means to be a dedicated public servant. He has touched the lives of countless team members throughout his time with the agency, bringing stability, leadership and consistency to operations at NDCS.
