October 10, 2017 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Donald Krisor (54), inmate #83738, died at 4:17 a.m. today at Bryan Hospital. Krisor was serving a 30 year sentence for manslaughter and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony from Douglas County.

He was assigned to the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution. His sentence began on March 24, 2016; his tentative release date was August 5, 2032.

October 6, 2017 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Today, Jami Cutshall (33) was arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol on several charges related to the introduction of contraband. She is lodged in the Lancaster County Jail with charges of unauthorized communications with a committed offender; unlawful acts by a corrections employee and sex abuse of an inmate or parolee.

October 1, 2017 (Lincoln, Neb.) – The Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP) is currently in modified operations. All visits are cancelled for Sunday.

Over the last 24 hours, there have been at least 15 inmates suspected of using K2 (synthetic cannabinoid). Investigators will be brought in to determine sources and other relevant information.

September 22, 2017 (Omaha, Neb.) – Today, Tre King, food service specialist at the Omaha Correctional Center (OCC), was arrested on several charges related to contraband.

King, (23), had a personal cell phone in his possession inside the facility today. OCC staff had information to suggest King was involved in the introduction of contraband. Today, they interviewed him and found evidence to support his involvement.

September 15, 2017 (Omaha, Neb.) – Nicholas Hupp, inmate 66562, walked away from the Community Corrections Center – Omaha (CCC-O) on September 13, 2017. Hupp is a suspect in a recent crime in Omaha.
