The Federal Aid Administrator III is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the Department’s grant activities from federal, state, and other funding sources to support worthy and qualifying projects. This position is also responsible for providing technical assistance to agency staff on all grant activities including preparation, application, monitoring, and reporting.

Additionally, the Grants Administration section is responsible for reviewing and responding to all sub-grantee applications and inquiries as well as conducting program audits to ensure activities are carried out in a responsible and consistent manner as per grant guidelines. This position works closely with the Accounting Division for fiscal monitoring and reporting on all grants.
